As an official HYROX-affiliated gym, our HYROX Classes in Liverpool are designed to prepare members for HYROX racing and hybrid fitness performance.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning fitness classes in Liverpool form the foundation of our performance programme.

Kettlebells & Conditioning

This class focuses on functional strength, muscular endurance and conditioning using kettlebells and bodyweight training.

Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to:

  • develop core strength
  • improve mobility and coordination
  • build muscular endurance
  • enhance cardiovascular fitness

Sessions combine kettlebell strength work with conditioning intervals to deliver a full-body workout that improves both strength and engine without excessive impact on joints.

Suitable for all levels, with coaching on technique and progression throughout.

Run Club

Our Run Club is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, running technique and endurance in a supportive group setting.

Whether you’re new to running or preparing for an event, sessions are structured to help you:

Battle Group Training

Battle Group is our high-energy military-inspired conditioning fitness class in Liverpool designed to challenge both physical and mental resilience.
